Revocation policy

Right of revocation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days with effect from the day of conclusion of the contract. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (fingerLINK^®®, owner Nicole Szalasi, Alter Festplatz 1, 96135 Stegaurach, Germany) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this agreement, we shall refund all payments for purchased goods and services that we received from you. This includes all delivery costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a form of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us. Repayment will be effected immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will exercise the same means of payment that you had used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund. We are entitled to refuse a refund until we receive the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or transfer the goods to us without delay and, in any case, within fourteen days at the latest with effect from the day on which you informed us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline shall be deemed to have been maintained if you send the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods, in this case, the printed fingerLINK^®®training documents (max. standard shipping of a large postal letter up to 500 grams).

You shall only be liable for any depreciation of the goods if this depreciation can be attributed to any handling of the training documents, which is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

If you have requested that the services should commence during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
